Delivery

For medium items, your item will be shipped to you via Australia Post registered service. It needs to a signature for collection, unless you authorise them to leave. Please note: if your postal address area is only covered by a Post Office Drop, or if no one is unavailable at the time of delivery, a collection card will be left in your mailbox to enable collection at your local post office.

For large bulk item, such as oven, in order to avoid extra postage, the courier need to do authorise to leave, they will leave the items in your safe areas; you may contact us if you wish where you wish to leave. But if your address is Apartment or Unit, please contact us, we will organise available time with the courier. It is important to provide your mobile number and correct postal address to us. The courier needs to ensure someone is at home for big parcels; otherwise delay may occur in the delivery of your product.

98% of all items are dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment is cleared. Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are out of our control. As Australia is a large and diverse country, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Pick up option is also available, but bookings are essential. Please send us an email (ozrurality@gmail.com) before you come. Our pick up time is from Mon-Fri 10am-4pm (except public holidays). Not all products are on display.
